The Barrettine Group of Companies enjoy a strong sense of history with the roots of the organisation dating back to 1879, when Mr J V Barrett launched his company trading in commodities being brought into the ports around Bristol.
Today we still enjoy the reputation of excellent service and quality established by Mr Barrett over a century ago but our company has grown into an established, modern business consisting of 4 main divisions which manufacture and distribute a range of products in the home improvement, public health, industrial and retail sector.
Barrettine Environmental Health has mirrored this growth and has established itself as a major force in the supply of public health & pest control products. This growth has come about through a combination of first-rate service, delivery, close customer liaison as well as free insect ID service, free technical back-up and of course quality products and training. Barrettine are proud to be partners with some of the world leaders in pesticide & pest control technology such as; Agrisense, Bayer Environmental Science, BASF, BELL Laboratories,
Sorex International, Pelgar International etc.
We take our role as a responsible company very seriously, doing what we can to protect our Customers and our Professional industry. Barrettine Environmental Health fully supports the principles of the
CRRU campaign (please click link for more details) as well as being active members of the BPCA and the NPTA. Our chemical store is approved under the BASIS registration scheme.
In order to keep Barrettine and our Customers at the cutting edge, we have embarked on a number of new and exciting initiatives, ranging from the formation of an extensive training programme, to producing a number of quality own brand rodenticide and insecticide products.
