The ACOP (Approved code of practice) regarding RPE and fit testing states: 'Employers should ensure that the selected facepiece (tight and loose fitting types) is of the right size and can correctly fit each wearer. For a tight fitting facepiece (filtering facepieces usually known as disposable masks, half and full-face masks) the initial selection should include fit testing to ensure the wearer has the correct device'. With the above approved recognised kit, you can demonstrate that you are working within the ACOP. This kit is designed for testing half masks and disposable masks. Not Full Face masks.
